Description

You will collaborate with your category team to evaluate, curate, and grow brand/product portfolios for low/mid volume accounts, ensuring strong vendor partnerships. You'll support Buyers in sourcing new suppliers, negotiating deals, and driving sales growth while managing merchandising decisions and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in buying or merchandising
• Developing negotiating, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong mathematical skills with understanding of retail pricing
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with buyers to align on business strategies and growth objectives
• Build, edit, and maintain product assortment to meet customer needs
• Negotiate with vendors for pricing, promotional budgets, and payment terms
• Drive new product/brand onboarding and maintenance process
• Manage and maintain cost, pricing, and product adjustments in system
