Description

In this role, you'll support the Senior Customer Marketing Manager in executing scalable programs that drive expansion pipeline, improve win rates, and enhance customer experience. You'll operationalize customer advocacy programs, manage proof assets, support lifecycle campaigns, and ensure flawless delivery across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or relevant field.
  • Experience supporting advocacy, review, or reference programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Userevidence, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Support modernization and operational scaling of customer advocacy programs including references, reviews, success stories, and awards.
  • Lead execution of third-party review programs (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights) including campaign planning, outreach workflows, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of case studies, testimonials, video stories, quotes, and customer references ensuring discoverability and update-to-date mapping.
  • Build and launch lifecycle and email campaigns focused on adoption, engagement, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion.
  • Track and report on review program performance, lifecycle campaign engagement, advocacy participation, and expansion signals.
