💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial launches and growth of Latitude, a next-generation tissue-free MRD assay, driving adoption and positioning it as a market leader. Your work will span product strategy, commercial execution, and innovation to shape future offerings. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of oncology diagnostics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end commercial launch activities from pre-launch to on-market support
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline ordering to results delivery processes
• Develop sales training content and support field onboarding for new launches
• Monitor competitive landscape and synthesize insights into strategic recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in life sciences, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, or management consulting
• Experience supporting or leading commercial product launches
• Experience in oncology or diagnostics strongly preferred

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD)
• Experience with methylation-based technologies or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs)
