This role combines hands-on engineering with mentoring, directly impacting millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and optimize LLM inference pipeline
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO model alignment strategy
• Design custom classifiers for content moderation
• Oversee data sourcing, labeling, and cleaning

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with ML/LLM at scale
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch
• Experience shipping features to millions of active users
• Comfort handling uncensored/NSFW content with rigorous moderation
