You'll take ownership of the hiring process from outreach to offer, building teams that shape Picnic's future. You'll work closely with hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions and create amazing candidate experiences. This role offers serious impact and a flat hierarchy.

• Own recruitment from first outreach to final offer.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, Business, HR, or related.
• 0 - 4 years Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Hands-on, get-it-done mentality.
