💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and evolution of core platform and systems architecture for a fast-growing voice AI startup. Your technical decisions will directly impact scalability, reliability, and product direction. This is a high-ownership role with real influence on company outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve core platform and systems architecture
• Lead complex technical initiatives from concept to production
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability bottlenecks
• Raise technical bar through design reviews and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience building and operating production systems
• Operated at Staff or Principal level scope
• Strong in systems design and tradeoff reasoning
• Experience building or scaling platforms used by real customers at meaningful volume

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems or real-time systems
• Background in Voice AI or infra/platform work
• Experience with developer-facing products

📨 Hiring Process

Recruiter screen (15min), two technical interviews (45min each), then onsite/virtual (2-3hrs) with practical coding, system design, and tools & automation rounds.
