You'll oversee daily operations in Picnic's new Distribution Centre in Geldermalsen, ensuring timely deliveries and leading process improvement projects. You'll manage a team of shift leads and shoppers in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while contributing to our mission of revolutionizing grocery delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations in the distribution centre
• Lead data-driven improvement projects
• Resolve operational challenges under pressure
• Coach and motivate team members

📋 Requirements

• HBO diploma, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 1-6 years of relevant leadership experience (e.g., Team Lead)
• Experience with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent in English

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hotel Management
• Experience in fulfilment or retail operations
