Description

You will drive regulatory and policy strategy for Starlink Mobile, enabling ubiquitous cellular connectivity worldwide via satellite. You'll develop and advocate for spectrum and telecom policies, represent SpaceX in international forums, and advise the Starlink team on policy developments to eliminate mobile dead zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience in policy or at a technology company
• Strong knowledge of wireless or satellite industry practices and/or spectrum
• Experience working with regulators and government agencies
• Willingness to travel 30-40%

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and policy development end to end
• Advocate to optimize satellite and telecoms regulatory frameworks
• Develop and advocate for broadband and mobile spectrum policies
• Represent company positions in international fora
• Develop advocacy pieces incorporating technical analysis
