Description

You will own documentation for complex features end-to-end, partnering with engineering and product to ensure content reflects not just how features work but why they matter. You'll drive quality improvements, work in a docs-as-code environment, and help raise the overall maturity of the documentation organization.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in technical, developer, or product documentation
• Proven ability to independently own documentation for complex features
• Strong ability to translate technical systems into clear, user-focused content
• Demonstrated skill in explaining both how something works and its real-world value

Responsibilities

• Own documentation for complex features and modules end-to-end
• Drive documentation quality and usability by identifying gaps and inconsistencies
• Work effectively in a docs-as-code environment using Git, Markdown, and pull requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and DevRel
• Contribute to team maturity through peer reviews and process improvements
