You'll lead strategic partnerships with banks that serve as both distribution partners and balance sheet providers, driving a step-change from mobile-money-led to bank-led model. You will structure deals, manage executive relationships, and ensure portfolio growth and risk outcomes are met.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build senior executive relationships across partner banks
• Lead end-to-end design and rollout of bank-led distribution propositions
• Structure commercial, credit, risk, and operating constructs for partnerships
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive actions with bank leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Significant senior experience in banking or financial services
• Deep understanding of credit risk and lending dynamics
• Track record of executing product launches or partnerships at scale with a bank
