Description

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, establish treatment needs, and collaborate with referral sources to help clients access life-saving behavioral health care. This role is central to ensuring a smooth admission process in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Independent licensure in a mental health field required
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients across various ages
• Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
• Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards via electronic medical record
• Collaborate with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to facilitate intake
