You'll lead the V&V strategy for the Perception subsystem of Motional's autonomy stack, ensuring safety case closure for driverless commercial launch. You'll bridge Perception and Systems teams, driving test strategies and automation. This hybrid role offers remote flexibility with in-office collaboration in Boston, Pittsburgh, or Las Vegas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Influence requirements from V&V perspective
• Establish coverage targets and identify testing gaps
• Create actionable test plans across test modalities
• Act as primary point of contact between Perception and Systems organizations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• Experience leading V&V for a safety-critical product
• Self-driving vehicle V&V experience
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
