💼 About This Role

You'll own the quantitative systems that drive how millions of real-money players experience Triumph's products. You'll build pricing engines, payout distributions, and player behavior models that directly impact revenue and user retention. This is a high-agency role on a small, high-output quant team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop pricing engines, payout structures, and edge calculations for monetization.
• Build models for user lifecycle: acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, churn.
• Design and analyze experiments with rigorous statistical methodology.
• Develop ML models on high-frequency user behavior data for production systems.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject: math, physics, CS, statistics, or economics.
• Deep mastery in at least one quantitative domain: probability, statistics, applied ML, causal inference, or math.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale user or behavioral datasets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer tech, gaming, fintech, or marketplace data science.
• Prior experience as a quantitative trader or quantitative researcher.
• Competitive math, physics, or CS olympiad background, or graduate degree in quantitative discipline.
