💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to maintain and repair heavy equipment using cutting-edge technology. You'll support branches across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, working on the newest fleet in the industry. This role offers year-round OEM training and overtime pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and monitor work orders using technology
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer job sites for on-site repairs
• Maintain service vehicle and documentation
• Assist in training of lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (age 21+)
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of schematics and diagrams
• Experience in field service maintenance and repair preferred

• Trade school certificate
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
