💼 About This Role

You'll craft compelling marketing and growth collateral for Factory, developing visually striking materials from decks to event signage. Collaborating with GTM and Product teams, you'll transform messaging into high-impact visual assets that drive awareness and conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop on-brand marketing materials including decks, one-pagers, and social assets.
• Design event collateral such as signage, booth layouts, and swag.
• Create compelling communications like announcements and email graphics.
• Partner with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into visual assets.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaboration experience with Product, Marketing, or GTM teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or digital ad formats.
• Familiarity with Midjourney or UI/UX principles.
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech startups.
