🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of platform engineers
• Partner with Product to shape roadmap and prioritize work
• Drive code quality, testing, and operational excellence
• Balance platform evolution with stability for high-traffic systems

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years people management of engineering teams
• Experience with headless CMS and WordPress
• Proficient in PHP or Python, GraphQL, SQL, TypeScript
