You will design plumbing and fire protection systems for building projects in sectors like education and healthcare. You'll work under senior engineers on complex projects and independently on simpler ones, preparing calculations, production drawings, and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 4+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Design piping and equipment for plumbing and fire protection systems
• Prepare calculations and production drawings from schematic to construction phases
• Edit specifications and specify equipment like sprinkler and medical gas systems
• Review shop drawings for compliance
• Conduct field site visits and attend OAC meetings
