Description

As a Senior QA Engineer on the TV Technology team at Roku, you will work with TV partners, SOC vendors, and Roku engineers to achieve the best audio and picture quality on mass-produced smart TVs. You will design and execute test cases, debug issues, and drive automation using Python and AI solutions. Your contributions will ensure high-quality deliverables for millions of TV streamers globally.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software QA with embedded systems, consumer electronics, or TV industry
• Hands-on AQ and/or PQ testing experience
• Strong Python automation skills
• Good English communication skills for global collaboration
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test cases for AQ/PQ feature verification
• Collaborate with dev engineers to debug issues and drive feature quality
• Optimize AQ/PQ test strategies for efficiency and coverage
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python
• Contribute to test documentation and knowledge transfer
