You'll lead customer experience initiatives across three student housing communities, driving revenue goals and fostering a customer-centric culture. You'll implement sales strategies and coordinate marketing events to boost occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role offers exposure to multi-site operations with a focus on brand awareness and leasing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Experience Team Member staff performance.
• Assist with planning and executing annual Turnover processes.
• Inspect property curb appeal and coordinate work orders.
• Lead sales interactions and utilize KPIs to report trends.
• Execute on-campus marketing events and social media strategies.

📋 Requirements

• College graduate preferred or equivalent combination.
• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or community management experience.
• Previous multi-site experience.
• Ability to work up to six days per week for management coverage.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software.
