You'll prepare financial reporting for a real estate investment and development firm's corporate and portfolio accounts. Your work ensures accuracy in month-end close, reconciliations, and audits for residential land development and build-to-rent projects. You'll collaborate with acquisition, asset management, and operations teams to maintain GAAP compliance and streamline workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages
• Coordinate month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Assist with audits and vendor inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• GAAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Real estate development background
• Sage and TimberScan proficiency
