You'll provide executive oversight for HR operations and total rewards strategy at Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. Your core impact is ensuring a strong operational foundation, integrated HR technology, and competitive compensation as the company scales. This highly visible leadership role is available 100% remote in the US.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead global HR operations portfolio including compliance, employee lifecycle, and total rewards
  • Develop and execute total rewards philosophy and strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Own strategy and governance for global employee lifecycle processes
  • Lead HR systems integration and modernization including SuccessFactors and Degreed

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Extensive experience in global HR operations or total rewards leadership
  • Deep understanding of compensation philosophy, benefits, and pay equity principles
  • Proven experience with HR systems implementations (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong analytical capabilities including data analysis and ROI modeling

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, HRCI)
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Degreed, and Ericsson GPSM
  • Expertise in AI-powered workforce analytics tools (e.g., Visier, Workday Analytics)
