You'll provide executive oversight for HR operations and total rewards strategy at Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. Your core impact is ensuring a strong operational foundation, integrated HR technology, and competitive compensation as the company scales. This highly visible leadership role is available 100% remote in the US.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead global HR operations portfolio including compliance, employee lifecycle, and total rewards
- Develop and execute total rewards philosophy and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own strategy and governance for global employee lifecycle processes
- Lead HR systems integration and modernization including SuccessFactors and Degreed
๐ Requirements
- Extensive experience in global HR operations or total rewards leadership
- Deep understanding of compensation philosophy, benefits, and pay equity principles
- Proven experience with HR systems implementations (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
- Strong analytical capabilities including data analysis and ROI modeling
โจ Nice to Have
- Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, HRCI)
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Degreed, and Ericsson GPSM
- Expertise in AI-powered workforce analytics tools (e.g., Visier, Workday Analytics)
