💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sales organization for the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) following a merger, driving revenue growth and go-to-market execution. This role offers a rare opportunity to build a unified sales engine from the ground up and shape a category-leading platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for scalable revenue growth.
  • Lead as player-coach on complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales ops.
  • Define and enforce process discipline across the sales cycle.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
  • Experience scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or related B2B verticals.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
