Description

As the first dedicated procurement hire at a high-growth SaaS company, you will design and scale the end-to-end procurement framework, partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, and optimize vendor relationships to support strategic goals while managing cost and risk.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of related experience in a technology or high-growth SaaS company
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Proven experience negotiating complex contracts (cloud, software, services)
• Experience designing and running Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and implementing procurement tooling
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with comfort in vendor cost modeling and ROI assessment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust procurement framework, including policies, governance, and controls
• Own vendor lifecycle from selection through contracting, negotiation, performance tracking, renewals, and risk management
• Drive cost savings and value through vendor consolidation, rationalization, and alternate sourcing
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal
• Define and monitor key procurement metrics and report to Finance leadership and Executive team
