You'll lead Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations for global clients, designing end-to-end transportation solutions across modules like Order Management and Planning. Your work will directly impact supply chain efficiency and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements and design OTM solutions
• Lead OTM implementation work packages and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and workshops
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• 3–4 full lifecycle OTM implementations, including Oracle Cloud
• Strong functional knowledge of transportation processes
• Experience integrating OTM with external systems like HERE or Transporeon

• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments
• Ability to conduct GAP analysis and translate business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Supply Chain
