You'll join a federal agency legal team to process FOIA requests and support litigation. You'll conduct searches and analyze documents for responsiveness and privilege. This role offers hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools and government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Search and analyze document sets for responsiveness and privilege
• Redact and code responsive documents
• Perform legal research
• Draft legal documents

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or one year of ABA-accredited law school
• One year of litigation paralegal experience
• FOIA request processing experience
• Experience with eDiscovery tools like Nuix or Relativity

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years using Nuix Investigate for document review
• Two years processing FOIA requests for Federal agencies
