You'll define strategy and roadmap for financial crimes compliance products at a leading crypto platform. You'll manage the full lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance while balancing customer experience and risk mitigation. This role offers impact at a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap balancing features and technical debt.
• Deliver complex cross-functional projects with strong product management skills.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and track success metrics with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to drive product development processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience developing compliance systems (FinCrime, AML, KYC, fraud) at a regulated financial institution.
• Deep understanding of financial crime regulations (AML/KYC/Sanctions).
• Proven ability to drive and manage complex projects across multiple teams.

• Built 0 to 1 products for financial institutions as PM or developer.
