Description

As a Propulsion Technician for Starship, you will assemble and test rocket hardware, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure safety and quality while meeting aggressive schedules. This role involves working with fluid systems, performing pressurized checkouts, and operating CNC equipment to support SpaceX's mission of enabling human life on Mars.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
• ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and install advanced subassemblies for Starship/Super-Heavy propulsion systems
• Verify fluids and electrical connections using diagrams
• Operate testing equipment for pressurized checkouts and document results
• Set up and operate CNC rotary draw bending and tube cutting equipment
• Maintain work area, tools, and equipment, and perform testing according to procedures
