💼 About This Role

You'll own the data infrastructure and systems that drive workforce understanding at Flow, a real estate and technology company building connected living experiences. Your core impact will be translating people data into actionable recommendations for headcount planning, compensation, and attrition forecasting. This role offers the chance to build from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while partnering closely with the Director of People.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and compensation trends
• Translate people data into actionable recommendations for headcount and compensation strategy
• Manage the performance review cycle operationally including system setup and analysis
• Own Rippling system integrity and automate workflow processes

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, HR operations, or generalist role
• Strong spreadsheet modeling proficiency
• Experience with Rippling or comparable HRIS
• Comfortable turning ambiguous data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders

• Spanish fluency
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR processes
