Description

You will drive the operation, build, and deployment of the Starshield service provider network supporting critical national security missions. You will own network design, implement improvements for new capabilities and customers, and optimize network performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline or 4+ years of professional networking experience
• 1+ year of networking experience deploying enterprise/cloud/web-scale networks
• Layer-1 experience (DWDM, optical fiber, circuit troubleshooting, activations)
• Hands-on deployment of networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand network interconnections, co-location sites, and POPs
• Manage network infrastructure and deployments to Top Secret datacenters
• Improve network performance and reliability based on system metrics
• Lead network integration and troubleshooting efforts
• Build automation for network devices, operational and deployment tools
