Description

You will conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations, deliver personalized home modification recommendations, and educate clients on fall prevention. This role collaborates with a remote clinical team and uses digital systems for documentation, directly impacting older adults' independence at home.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
