💼 About This Role

You'll plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day and strategic operations for Reevo's product and customer experience. You'll define operating rhythms, policies, and cross-functional execution to accelerate onboarding, improve service quality, and translate customer insights into scalable processes. This role is central to scaling a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup with a strong in-person culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep expertise across all Reevo product modules as internal authority
• Define and implement operating policies, SOPs, and controls for onboarding, delivery, and support
• Design and improve end-to-end onboarding and adoption workflows to reduce time-to-value
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years in product operations, operations management, or related roles in B2B SaaS or AI platforms
• Proven ability to translate complex products and customer feedback into scalable processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools and SQL
