💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care to hospice patients and their families, ensuring comfort and dignity. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care plans. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a faith-based, non-profit ministry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care with respect and dignity.
• Observe and report patient's care, symptoms, and status.
• Assist in feeding patients as needed.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Must have CNA/STNA certification on Ohio registry.
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience.
• Valid driver's license and insured transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
