💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store and assist management in driving sales. You will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and recommending products. This role supports new employees and handles high-volume periods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposits.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and age verification.
• Restock merchandise, conduct inventory counts, and identify discrepancies.
• Train new employees on store procedures and customer service standards.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or related field.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
