💼 About This Role

You'll join Forge Health as a Clinician providing outpatient mental health services in our West Deptford, NJ office. You'll conduct therapy and assessments for individuals with addiction and mental health conditions. This role offers a chance to be part of a mission-driven, innovative behavioral health startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
• Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
• Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation per NJ regulations

📋 Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted LCSW license in New Jersey (or LPC, LSW, LAC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related)
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with group facilitation
• Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing
• Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and documentation standards
