You will lead IT support operations in a data center environment, managing L1, L2, and field engineers to ensure stable and scalable infrastructure for GPU clusters. This role involves overseeing maintenance, incident resolution, and driving operational improvements to meet customer SLAs and data center objectives.

• Experience managing IT support teams in data center or cloud operations
• Strong technical oversight of IT infrastructure and GPU clusters
• Ability to drive structured support processes and incident management
• People leadership skills for managing engineers
• Collaboration with AI infrastructure, cloud operations, and data center engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT and GPU clusters
• Oversee maintenance and incident resolution for GPU clusters
• Act as key escalation point for support issues
• Drive operational improvements and align support with data center objectives
• Ensure high service levels across hardware, network, and field support
