Responsibilities

  • Manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT and GPU clusters
  • Oversee maintenance and incident resolution for GPU clusters
  • Act as key escalation point for support issues
  • Drive operational improvements and align support with data center objectives
  • Ensure high service levels across hardware, network, and field support
