๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the development of Arrive's Open Deck mode as the company transitions to a major 3PL player. You'll leverage industry knowledge to develop new sales reps and strategically grow Open Deck capacity. This role offers the chance to build relationships with BD and CS teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Become expert in Arrive's business model and software
- Increase utilization and wallet share of Open Deck service
- Collaborate with BD reps and exec sponsors on enterprise shippers
- Pilot growth in Oversized/Heavy Haul service offering
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of 3PL experience with Open Deck Pricing/Operations
- Demonstrated market awareness and pricing ability for Open Deck shipments
- Experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Proven ability to contribute to a dynamic, high-energy sales team
