💼 About This Role

You'll join StepStone's Real Estate Investment Team to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities across asset classes and geographies. You'll lead underwriting and due diligence for potential investments. This role offers direct exposure to Investment Committee and all firm levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and source acquisition opportunities across real estate asset classes
• Lead underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Draft investment memorandums and present to Investment Committee
• Assist with asset management and investor reporting

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in real estate private equity or investment banking
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate
• Proven track record of closing real estate acquisitions
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills

✨ Nice to Have

• ARGUS experience preferred
• MBA or advanced degree
• Existing network of brokers and developers
