💼 About This Role

You'll provide tailored technical solutions for clients using Shift's payments platform. You'll maintain strong client relationships and drive product adoption through upsell opportunities. You'll also lead end-to-end onboarding and resolve complex payment issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary contact for technical payment inquiries.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice.
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding for payments technology.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with payment platforms or fintech solutions.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF compliance regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
