You will lead and scale a team of University and Emerging Talent Recruiters to own early-career hiring for hardware teams. You'll partner with engineering and business leaders to forecast needs, drive pipeline strategy, and optimize hiring outcomes using data. Your goal is to deliver a seamless candidate experience and improve conversion and retention rates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including early-career and technical hiring
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams
  • Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting strategy and performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of University and Emerging Talent Recruiters
  • Own hiring outcomes for interns, new graduates, and early-career roles across multiple business units
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align campus strategy
  • Drive pipeline strategy across universities, referrals, and early-career sourcing channels
  • Use data (conversion, yield, time-to-fill, school ROI) to manage performance and optimize strategy
