📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in creative or design leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
• Experience building or localising brands for the UK market
