You'll define the AI/ML strategy for subscriber growth at Spotify, working at the intersection of machine learning innovation and commercial strategy. Your work will drive personalization across surfaces and lifecycle moments for hundreds of millions of users globally. You'll partner closely with ML engineers and data scientists to shape high-impact growth initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and roadmap for subscriber growth initiatives using AI/ML.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition to deployment.
• Drive experimentation programs testing ML-powered features against baselines.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on technical decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ML/data-driven products at scale.
• Strong technical fluency in data science, recommender systems, ML, A/B testing.
• Strategic judgment about when to apply ML vs. GenAI vs. other tools.
• Understanding of subscription business and e-commerce fundamentals.
