Description

You will manage a small UK team and support EMEA offices, overseeing supplier management, lease negotiations, refurbishments, health & safety compliance, and business continuity. This role requires maintaining Class A office spaces to extremely high standards and reporting to the Director of Facilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years facilities management experience including lease negotiations and heads of terms
  • In-depth knowledge of hard service management, asset maintenance, and PPM scheduling
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • IOSH / NEBOSH certification beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Manage new office refurbishments including site selection, lease negotiation, and fit-out coordination
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, negotiate contracts and utilities
  • Manage UK FM team, coordinate company mobile phones, and ensure security standards
  • Review and maintain Health & Safety policy compliance, conduct risk assessments, and advise staff
  • Sit on Business Continuity Committee and ensure emergency resiliency
