Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of previous customer service required
- 2-3 years administrative experience in an office setting
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong track record in delivering customer care
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and client inquiries
- Process Broker of Record and policy reassignments
- Manage and verify Loss Runs requests
- Generate call reports and distribute to department managers
- Issue and mail Notice of Cancellations/Non-Renewal notices
