Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of previous customer service required
  • 2-3 years administrative experience in an office setting
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong track record in delivering customer care

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and client inquiries
  • Process Broker of Record and policy reassignments
  • Manage and verify Loss Runs requests
  • Generate call reports and distribute to department managers
  • Issue and mail Notice of Cancellations/Non-Renewal notices
