• Hire and lead AI services engineering team
• Bridge Loft Labs research to production services
• Collaborate with partners to integrate third-party AI models

📋 Requirements

• 7-15 years of hands-on engineering experience
• Shipped production ML systems
• Built and managed engineering teams of 3-10
• Strong opinions on ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines

• Experience with edge compute or embedded ML
• Background in space, defense, or geospatial systems
• Familiarity with satellite operations or Earth observation
