Description

You will drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio, focusing on channel partnerships and SLED accounts. You'll own revenue targets, build strategic account plans, and collaborate across teams to deepen client engagement and unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in State, Local, and Education environment, channel, or related domain preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute expansion strategies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and execute tailored account plans including regular business reviews
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customer value realization
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline management in Salesforce
