🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for system delivery.
• Lead implementation lifecycle of enterprise platform modernization projects.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce-based redemption and revenue management solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments and drive end-to-end change management.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration in multi-cloud environments.
• Strong project and change management experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for collaboration and tracking.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and integration patterns.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) or incentive platforms.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
