As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you will drive store success by leading the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting daily operations. You'll motivate the team, uphold brand standards, and play a key role in creating a positive customer and team experience.

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient in point-of-sale and inventory management systems
• Ability to coach and train team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold customer service standards
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, and sales
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Assist in onboarding new hires and fostering team engagement
