You'll own the commercial strategy and product collaboration for Offchain Labs' blockchain services platform, driving growth in the Arbitrum ecosystem. You'll forge key partnerships and represent the product externally as a thought leader. This role stands out for impacting the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop commercial strategy and success metrics for the platform offering
• Forge partnerships within Arbitrum and Ethereum ecosystem
• Work directly with users and customers to shape products
• Build and lead a high-performing organization including product and design teams

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in commercial leadership or related roles
• Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise revenue streams
• Track record of closing complex enterprise deals
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal

• Deep knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or crypto products
• Mixed Web2/Web3 experience
