You'll lead full lifecycle partnerships for OpenAI’s flagship products including Codex and ChatGPT, shaping how connectors and agents work. Your work will directly impact ecosystem integration strategy and product direction across AI-native services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle partnerships from prioritization to closing and partner success
• Work with Product and Engineering to shape connectors and agent workflows
• Develop ecosystem relationships for distribution, co-marketing, and innovation
• Translate partner needs into product recommendations and go-to-market plans
• Drive aggressive timelines by clearing blockers across internal and external teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product partnerships, product management, or developer relations
• Demonstrated success structuring and negotiating complex commercial/technical deals
• Excellent product and technical judgement building ecosystems for emerging products
• Self-driven and adept at operating in fast-changing environments
