You'll join a team partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Development to design and build customer journeys for global brands using the Proactive AI Agent platform. You'll support end-to-end delivery and optimization, driving value realization and customer adoption. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support delivery and optimization of customer journeys against success plans
• Implement technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Serve as day-to-day technical contact for customers
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery activities including validation and go-live

📋 Requirements

• Experience in service delivery or project execution in IT/SaaS/cloud environment
• Commercial awareness to support business cases and articulate customer value
• Technical aptitude including data analysis and Excel proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple customer workstreams concurrently
